Returns

 


We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return:

 

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unwashed

  • Items must be undamaged

  • All original packaging must be included

 


Before sending any item back, you must contact us first at support@falisiano.com to confirm eligibility.


If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.


Please note:

Our store address is not a return warehouse, and we do not accept returns sent to our store location. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong address may not be processed.

 


 

 

Holiday Policy

 


During major holidays and high-volume release periods, returns may be temporarily paused. If applicable, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Return processing will resume after the holiday period concludes.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We offer size or color exchanges (same style only) within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.


If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

 

  • Store credit

  • An alternative item option

 

 


 

 

Limited Drops & Made-To-Order Items

 


Certain items may be:

 

  • Limited releases

  • Exclusive drops

  • Made-to-order pieces

 


These items may be final sale due to our production process. For select made-to-order products, ordering the incorrect size may require a new purchase.


We strongly recommend reviewing size guides carefully before placing your order.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once your approved return is received and inspected:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider

 


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
