International Orders (DDU Policy)

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or related fees required upon delivery.

Order & Tracking Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Falisiano is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated with shipment are assumed by the courier. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate measures to assist you.
