At Falisiano, every release is intentional and often limited. When you place an order, you are securing inventory from a small-batch drop.

1. Order Commitment

 


Once an order is placed, it is considered a confirmed purchase.


Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted.


We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.

 

 

 

2. Cancellation Requests

4. Payment Plans (If Applicable)

 


If a payment installment or shop pay option is selected:

 

  • The agreement is between you and the payment provider.

  • Cancellation policies still apply.

  • Falisiano is not responsible for third-party payment plan fees or terms.

 

 

 

 

5. Fraud & Abuse Protection

 


We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, high-risk, or in violation of our Terms of Service.


Customers who repeatedly request cancellations after securing limited inventory may be restricted from future purchases.

 

 

 

6. Address Changes

 


Address changes must be requested immediately after purchase.


We cannot guarantee updates once an order has entered processing.
